from you as it gives us the chance to put matters right for you and

In the first instance, please bring your complaint to the attention
of the chauffeur. He/she will make every effort to resolve the issue
immediately. If you are unable or unwilling to do this, or if the
matter remains unresolved, please send us an email at complaints@privatecar.co.uk as soon as possible.

We will acknowledge all complaints within 72 hours
and endeavour to investigate and answer all complaints within 14
days.
Should you still be dissatisfied, you can write to our governing
body, The Public Carriage Office (PCO), which is part of Transport
for London. The PCO licence vehicles (including black-taxis), and
their drivers (including chauffeurs), plus the operators that run
them, in the London area.
